Ky Colonels Grant submitted in conjunction with USGBC offer to take Brick House Community Center on as a design charrette relative to affordable greenovation options

Proposal of changes to Bylaws debated with regards to which proposed changes would be taken into consideration first... many concerns were put forward regarding ongoing tabled proposals and the return of old members in relation to addressing these issues... Agreement was reached to considered proposed changes in parts and pieces as an ongoing commitment to review all proposals.

Proposal to amend Article 3 with exceptions to specific language which would alter co-chairperson posts. Language allows for range voting and for continuation of exectutive board retaining co-chair facilitation. Supporting language in Article 4 would be amended with exception of proposed terminology related to range voting. The term (Democratic) was changed to (non-oppressive)methods instead of (fair, free and open) for the sake of limiting interpretation.

Approval for changes to article 3 & 4 were seconded and approved by the quorum. Christina may have had a stand aside vote.

Board agreed to review Articles 1 & 2 for next months meeting which include terms of D/B/A the Brick House Community Center and brickhouse.cc. Kristin proposes D/B/A BRYCC in conjunction with outreach projects (Building Resources Yielding Cultural Change) which partner with other community groups.

Randall offered to look into options of support from community lawyers associated with airport expansion/Highlands Park issues. Potential Lawyers for LGE issues.

Thunder over Louisville activities were discussed as buskering, tabling, water, walker talkers and street solicitation.

Outreach and promotion discussion on Local and Neighborhood action such as approaching Neighborhood Associations to apply for money in Exterior improvement/work day proposals including skills training workshops.
