Finances reviewed: Revisit outstanding debt and straw poll consensus that financial plan proposed by Kathy will include detailed description of development of revenue streams associated with paying these debts off in installments; Thank you to Christina for planning fundraiser for Insight and Adam Z. for offering monthly event proposal/volunteerism associated with raising funds for Insight bill to be paid and supported monthly. $250 due
Kathy S. offers $300 for LGE installment payment of winter bill associated with individuals leaving the furnace running for days against recommendation of assembly (Dec.Jan.Feb.) .... Thank You Kathy for making donation to Treasurer for multi-purpose payments. $600 still due @LGE
Mortgage Bank update... new terms establish acceptance of partial payments as progress and 2 week interval option of minimum of $300 to secure good faith effort
Insurance for March Paid; April Due next week $200; option to call with extension as before is discussed... reminder for John or other board member to follow up on Monday
Solicitor's License is not procured yet... waiting on John to get certifcate from Insurance verifying appropriate coverage... Dr. Bill will file once he has papers. File at 444 5th Metro offices ASAP
