So....Given the disrepair of our bylaw outlines for accountability, I have decided to be a dutiful ex-chair and build an agenda for us to add to what other concerns or priorities others may have:

I. CHECK IN AND CALL FOR COMMUNITY WELLBEING UPDATES Announcements and call to calendar as Collective Reporting

II. INTRO TO ASSEMBLY to visitors as possible new business which includes adding items to agenda and prioritizing it.

III. OLD BUSINESS 1. Plans for exterior maintenance all year long and project a. invite community partner engagement for office space or meeting space use... b. schedule and contact point people for each task c. tracking regular maintenance

2. Funds and Financial Needs for Immediate Action/Application

a. sale of concert tickets for Insurance Costs and LGE i. report from Christina on ticket availability ii. report from Kristin on Kent. Resource Council review of our challenge to LGE on billing for 3 phase billing

b. Mortgage updates/Water Bill and unsolved repair issues i. plumbing and basement ii.exterior paint/scaffold and coming citations from city iii. installations of insulation and new wiring systems

c. update on outstanding creditor relations i. banking statements and filing of records? ii. bc plumbing iii. bellsouth iv. update on radio planning and underwriting (brief and call for tabling of issue for board review)

3. Monthly events and Volunteerism Management Processes

4. Incident reports and other Protocols for Office and space use by facilitators/Key Holder Updates
