Merry Christmas and Happy New Year all BryccHouse members and supporters!

With the New Year approaching quickly, I would like to briefly describe more of the vision for the BryccHouse’s future…. !!

In previous times, conflict and criticism has reduced the effectiveness of the BryccHouse. Even now we are recieving baseless criticism.

I hope this upcoming year will be one of increased harmony and new leadership!

I am very excited that new young leaders have started working hard on behalf of the BryccHouse recently. I will not give names – but I would like to describe the character traits of the most promising new members!

1) They pay their own bills for living and often for other family members. (They understand responsibility.)

2) They understand that even though a non-profit is not Just about making money – it is Necessary to keep the Non-profit alive. (They understand that nothing is for free.)

3) They understand that a true win-win can combine making the necessary income and perform a service to the community is a ideal scenario. (They understand that even non-profits need to have a business plan.)

4) They care about the community they live in and even more about what promise the BryccHouse holds for the future. (They want to the make the world a better place to live and the BryccHouse is a fantastic opportunity to make this happen!)

If any new people would like to join this vision, please let any Board or Assembly member of the BryccHouse know – there plenty of room for new leaders!

IF others do not understand these thoughts – please also join us – and learn from the others who do.
