I need to know A.S.A.P. if we're needed to do sound, I heard we weren't needed, so if that's the case, then I wanna make other plans, but I'm there if you need me because the sound system isn't hooked up, and it's probably going to take a little time to set up, not to mention that setting it up from scratch may give us an opportunity to make a diagram to be able to set it up the right way so no one else changes it unexpectedly and leaves us with nothing to work with.

I wonder if they would mind if we worked on the stage while the party is going on? Some supplies that would help us out: Color coding tape, labels, sharpie, poster paper or photo album-type pages, twist ties, flashlight, etc.

They kind of made it clear that they don't want any help from us, so we'll just have to talk them into unlocking some other time so that we can do that. It's ok though, I'd rather do it when no one is there to get in the way.
